Oliver Hazael Ltd was established by Oliver Hazael and Ruby Hazael, who have been transforming properties for fifteen years; the last ten of those years located in Bath.

Oliver is a carpenter and cabinet maker with 35 years experience in the building trade, who brings a craftsman’s appreciation of materials to renovate and remodel. Project management was the natural path for the man on site with all the ideas, insightful on how to execute a project with both cost efficiency and aesthetic appeal in mind. Oliver pays close attention to both the practical and visual aspects of renovation and carpentry; his attention to detail means he is accomplished at seeing a project through from start to finish. He has successfully renovated a number of homes in France, London and Bath, which all stand as testament to his affinity with living spaces and his vision of what is possible.

Ruby has an intimate knowledge of Bath, having lived there during her early years. She studied Fine Art at University, which informs her intuitive sense of a space; knowing how the focus on sight lines and the use of light can transform an area. For 19 years, Ruby was a partner in a marketplace website, in the architectural salvage and reclaimed materials sector, developing and managing the market’s leading architectural antiques trade event. Her years of customer facing management have given a great understanding of how to fulfil a client’s needs; Ruby is accomplished at using her creativity to achieve someone’s vision.

The combination of ingenuity and organisation has been solidified through years of experience- those collaborative skills make Oliver and Ruby a dynamic team. They have built a wealth of contacts, and have the vision of fundamentally creative people, who focus on how their clients want to live. The Hazael’s manage a small team of skilled professionals, who take great pride in their work. Together they use their expertise to bring a client’s vision to life, and excel at realising the design potential of any space.
